Renting at Acacia Court is simple.

Step one is filling out the rental application. You can either contact us and we'd be happy to meet with you, download the forms, or follow the link directly to our screening service, Moco, inc. A non-refundable fee of $26.50 is required to process your application.

Once you have filled out the application and the Visa authorization for the screening fee, either fax them to us at (206) 632-4886 or drop them by our office. If you are unable to meet our credit guidelines we may require an additional deposit, a co-signer, or a Statement of Support (a co-signer or person signing the statement of support will be screened for credit-worthiness and an additional fee of $25 will be required.)

We will contact you once you have been approved! You may then come by and choose your unit and give us your hold fee in order to secure the apartment until it is time to move in. 		Rates and Terms

Unit Type A - $590-$700
Unit Type B - $1150-$1600
Unit Type C - $740-$875
Unit Type D - $880-$990
Unit Type E - $695

Application Fee: $26.50
Secured Parking: $85
Refundable Deposit: $200
Non-refundable Cleaning Fee: $200 per person
Hold Fee: $100 (applied towards first month's rent)
